We use Australia Post for all shipping orders. All orders are posted within 2 business days of payment being cleared and will take approximately 2 – 6 business days within NSW, SA, VIC and Metro QLD. Deliveries to WA, TAS, NT and Northern QLD may take up to 7 business days. Orders placed on Friday-Sunday will be shipped on the following business day. Shipping times are estimated and are not guaranteed as there may be delays due to the holidays, bad weather, busy periods etc.
Once your item has been posted, you will be provided with an Australia Post tracking number to enable you to contact Australia Post and locate your parcel. If you do not receive your order and Australia Post has deemed your parcel as lost or not found. We are NOT responsible for this.
We accept no responsibility for parcels accepted on your behalf, which has then not been released to you. Please ensure you are available to receive your order.
If your package is returned to us, we will make 3 attempts to contact you via email. If we are unsuccessful in reaching you, you will be responsible for the reshipping fees. Due to the nature of the item and because it is considered a hygienic item, for sanitary purposes, there are no refunds or exchanges. In the unlikely event, you receive a damaged item, we will gladly replace it. For damaged item(s), please email us and include your order # to receive a reference number. All our orders have tracking available. A note will be added to your order with the tracking details, please always ensure that you check your spam/junk folder for confirmation if you do not find it in your inbox.
Your patience is greatly appreciated. If your package has not been delivered after 10 days of being shipped, please contact Australia Post or your local post office to inquire about your package. Any unclaimed packages will be sent back to JK Lashes and cannot be refunded or resent.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered. Please contact Australia Post for lost or stolen items. Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to Australia Post.
All sales are final. No returns or exchanges due to sanitary regulations. Please double-check and make sure your shipping address is correct. If the wrong address was supplied and the order has already been sent out, you will not be refunded.
